Our standards are set so high that we accept only 1% of the world's gem-grade Natural Diamonds. These are the diamonds that have been deemed colorless, falling into the esteemed D to F category. While the 4Cs (Color, Clarity, Carat, and Cut) serve as the foundation of our selection process, we take it a step further.
Our wide array of diamonds include ten distinct shapes and various carat sizes, all within the premium colourless range of diamonds, and best stone characteristics.
Every diamond showcased in our catalogue is accompanied by certification from an independent grading institution.

We only source our diamonds direct and from trusted manufacturers who cut and polish rough diamonds; and who comply with international standards of responsible sourcing. The diamonds are bought mainly from the world's main diamond producing countries, which include South Africa, Botswana and Canada.
Over the years, we have developed strong relationships and only work with suppliers that meet our strict sourcing standards of offering certified and conflict-free diamonds.

JEWELLERY INFORMATION
We aim to create most of our pieces between 3 to 4 weeks.
All our pieces are hand designed and handcrafted, and some very intricate pieces can take up to 8 weeks, and we will be in touch every step of the way to update on progress.
If you wish to receive your jewellery sooner, we can speed up the workshop in some cases, depending on the nature of your jewellery design.
The ring builder is designed to let you create a bespoke ring in three simple steps, and to allow for pricing transparency.
You can either start with a ring setting idea, and choose the setting you like; and then choose your diamond that will complement the setting.
Alternatively, you can start with a diamond, and choose a ring to complement your chosen stone.
We have a range of diamond sizes and ring designs to choose from, however if you wish a slight alternative, please do contact us and we will make it happen.
If you have an idea, we would be delighted to create your dream piece of jewellery, that is completely one of a kind. Please contact us and let us know about the piece you have in mind.
If you are happy with your quote, we will get started on designs and sketches of your piece. Once the design is approved, we will start the creation and let you know how long this will take, depending on the complexity of the piece.
Depending on the piece, we can create a try-on service, where an exact replica is made. Just so you can be 100% certain you will love your bespoke jewellery.
Also, if you like our existing designs but would like a slight alteration, please do get in touch and we will edit the design.

Of course, at HP Diamonds we offer free engraving. Please let us know what you would like engraved either upon purchase, or when we contact to confirm your order.
Please note, engraved rings are non-refundable. Your engraving will also need to be re-made if the ring needs to be resized, so we can make sure the sizing of the ring is correct, and add the engraving last.
Depending on the design type, we offer free ring resizing service. on most rings.
There are some exclusions to rings that have diamonds all around the band, and these should be sized correctly. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding any particular ring resizing.
HP Diamonds is registered with the London Assay Office, ensuring our jewellery is compliant with the UK’s hallmarking regulations.
Every HP Diamonds jewellery piece is hallmarked by the Assay Office in London.
HP Diamonds jewellery only comes in 18k gold and platinum, offering highest possible quality whilst ensuring durability.
14k and 10k gold has a lower percentage of pure gold. 24k gold is purer however it is naturally malleable and prone to damage of knocks and bangs.
Yes, we are happy to change your ring mount and restore, remake or repair your existing jewellery.
We also offer a Clean and Polish service.
DELIVERY & COLLECTIONS
We only use secure express shipping. The delivery times will vary depending on your location.
We only offer free delivery with the UK. We do offer delivery internationally at a cost depending on your location.
Yes, you can collect your order from our showroom in Knightsbridge in London. We do require to book an appointment beforehand, please do get in touch with the details of your order so we can ensure everything is prepared for collection.
Please note, your order will need to be paid in full before collection.
Upon order dispatch, we will provide a tracking number and a tracking link to your delivery.
If you require your jewellery sooner, we can sometimes speed up the workshop process. Please contact us and let us know your desired date of delivery.
All HP Diamonds, your jewellery will arrive with certificates from the GIA along with your receipt.
We do offer valuations for insurance purposes at a small fee, please do get in touch to let us know if you would like this done.
Yes, your jewellery will be fully insured until you receive your delivery.
We can ship to an alternative address if you prefer, however for security reasons, this is done on a case by case basis.
Due to security reasons we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box, as we require signature upon delivery.
You can either book an appointment where we will measure your ring size. Alternatively, contact us to request a free ring sizer.
PAYMENTS & PRICING
Upon design approval, we require a 50% deposit before we start working on the piece.
Depending on the global diamond market fluctuations, sometimes diamond prices can change. These however are very small, and we have minimised costs by working directly with diamond manufacturers.
We are hoping to be able to offer finance in the very near future.
There are no extra charges for postage, packaging, ring engraving and measuring services.
There is a small postage fee however for overseas customers, and these vary by the location. As an overseas customer, you may also be charged local VAT and import duties once your order has been shipped. Please contact your local customs office for information on Tax and Duties costs.
Small increases in ring setting price only reflects the costs associated with extra metal and any additional accent diamonds.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
The 14 day refund guarantee starts from the day you receive your item. You will have 14 days to return or exchange your piece of jewellery. Please note, engraved, resized and bespoke pieces of jewellery are non-refundable.
